Engineering and livestock system design is the backbone of our firm. Our team has designed and built more than 450 feedlot, swine and dairy systems throughout the Midwest. Many of us have grown up in production agriculture and this has given us an advantage over the competition. We understanding the process of feeding livestock, dealing with harsh climates and understand the cost of complying with county, state and federal regulations. Our team is registered with the NRCS as a Technical Services Provider (TSP) and certified to conduct NRCS cost-share projects.
SASE has one of the most advanced survey systems in the world. We have two GPS “survey grade” systems for conducting topographical surveys in a minimal amount of time, with unprecedented accuracy. This system allows continuous download of survey points of the existing terrain and allows the entire facility to be traced and identified.
This 3-dimensional survey is then downloaded to our computer system, which is powered by the industry-leading engineering software, MicroStation/GeoPak. During the engineering phase of your project, we will use this software to develop plans and drawings of your facility from our electronic survey.
When planning excavation projects, this technology provides accurate cut - fill construction plans that minimize dirt work, dirt hauling and guesswork involved in excavation projects, and can save thousands of dollars in construction costs. This tool will provide faster and more accurate construction plans and provide the state and federal agency with information for approval of required permit applications. Contractors use our plans to bid and invoice customers on a per yard basis, eliminating guesswork and overages in budgeting such projects.
Prior to construction, we can provide accurate and expedient construction staking and construction management services, ensuring project accuracy and state and federal agency compliance.
Our engineering team is focused on providing you with a workable, affordable engineering plan that meets all permitting requirements at all levels of government. This plan can be implemented on budget and provide you with a facility that works long term. We have unequaled experience in developing waste handling systems that have been proven in hundreds of facilities. |
